Policy for the use of cookies

This is where we inform you about how we collect, use and protect the information that you may provide to us through this website.

We use cookies and similar software tools in particular to recognize your user preferences and especially the most popular areas of our website. This information is subsequently used to improve the design of our website, whereby we try to increase their user comfort even more. Among other things, we use analytical tools Google Analytics and cookies for the same purposes.

1) Functions and use of cookies

Cookies are small files that are stored on your PC, laptop or mobile device by the website you are viewing. From this, we can find out, for example, whether a connection has already taken place between your end device and our pages, or which language or other settings you prefer. Please note that cookies may also contain personal data.

In the so-called cookies bar, which appeared on your browser when you visited our website and in this article, the categories of cookies we use and more detailed information about these cookies are listed. In the cookies bar, you can set which cookies you agree with and which you do not. Consent granted in this way is considered consent to the processing of personal data in relation to cookies. Furthermore, in the settings of your PC, or browser, you determine whether the browser should allow the website to store cookies on your end device.

You can thus view our website without consenting to the use of cookies (with the exception of so-called necessary cookies, without which the website cannot function properly). I.e. you can refuse their use and delete cookies at any time by choosing the corresponding settings on your end device. You can proceed, for example, as follows:

a) Most browser programs are implicitly set so that you accept cookies automatically. You can change this setting by activating the “do not accept cookies” setting in your browser. You can delete cookies that have already entered your computer at any time. You can find details about setting up this function in the instructions for your browser or in the instructions of the end device manufacturer.

b) Just like the use of cookies, their rejection or deletion depends on the device used and also on the browser used. Therefore, you must reject or delete cookies for each of your devices and, when using multiple browsers, for each browser separately.

However, please note that if you choose not to use cookies, not all functions of our website may be available or individual functions may be available only to a limited extent.

We inform you that we may use third-party cookies, for example Google Analytics for traffic analysis (see below).

We use the following cookies on this page:

The protection of your personal data is very important to us. In this information on personal data protection, we try to explain to you how we collect personal data and how we process it.

We would like to point out that our privacy policy for the use of our website does not apply to your activities on the websites of other providers or social networks to which you can go via links from our website. It is therefore necessary to inform yourself on the provider’s website or the website of social networks about their personal data protection rules and also about how personal data is processed, etc.

If you visit our website, we process and store certain data about your browser and the operating system you are using, as well as other data, according to the cookie settings. If you provide us with other personal data (e.g. as part of any registration, prize competition, contact form, survey, and also in such cases only if we are permitted to do so based on your consent or under applicable law), then storage and processing of this personal data as well.

4) Purposes of use

We use the personal data collected when you visit our website to provide you with the highest possible level of comfort when using it, as well as to protect our information systems against attacks and other illegal actions by third parties.

If you provide us with other personal data (e.g. as part of any registration, prize competition, contact form, survey, and in such cases only if we are permitted to do so based on your consent or under applicable law), we use that data for the given purposes for which they were communicated to us by you and further for the purposes of customer management and, if necessary, for the purposes of fulfilling the contract, always to the extent necessary for this.

We would like to inform you that you have no legal or contractual obligation to provide us with your personal data. However, it is possible that some functions of our website depend on the transmission and processing of your personal data. If you do not provide us with your personal data in these cases and we cannot process it for this reason, this may result in these website functions not being available or functioning only to a limited extent.

5) Legal basis of processing

We inform you that we may process your personal data on one of the following legal bases (legal titles):

a) If you have given us consent to the processing of your personal data, we will process your personal data based on your consent, i.e. this consent constitutes the legal basis for processing (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the GDPR regulation).

b) If the processing of personal data is necessary for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with you, then the legal basis is precisely such fulfillment of the contract (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the GDPR regulation).

d) Furthermore, we may process some personal data for the purpose of exercising our legitimate interests and the legitimate interests of third parties, in accordance with Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR regulation. Legitimate interests are in particular: preserving the functionality of our IT systems, protecting legal claims, etc. In these cases, you are advised to object to processing (see below).

6) Erasure of your personal data

We inform you that we will delete your personal data immediately after the purpose for which we collected and processed the data has expired. After this period, storage continues only if required by laws, regulations or other legal provisions of the European Union or the Czech Republic or any other member state of the European Union that apply to us.

The deadlines for storing and deleting cookies are listed in the cookies bar that appeared on your browser when you visited our website.

7) Transfer of personal data to third parties. Social plugins

On our website, we use or may use so-called “social plugins” of social networks, such as Facebook. For your information, we use these social plugins as follows:

When you visit our website, social plugins are deactivated, i.e. no data that could be considered personal data is transmitted to the operators of these networks. If you would like to use one of these networks, click on the relevant social plugin, which will establish a direct connection with the respective network’s server. If you have a user account in the network in question and are logged in when the social plugin is activated, this network can assign your visit to our website to your user account. To prevent this, log out of this network before activating this social plugin.

As soon as you activate the social plugin, the network transfers the content made available by it directly to your browser, which integrates it into our website. In such a case, there may also be a data transfer initiated and managed by the relevant social network. Your connection to the social network, the transfer of data between the network and your system, and your interactions on this platform are exclusively governed by the personal data protection rules of the respective network.

The social plugin will remain active until you deactivate it or delete your cookies. If you click on a link to an offer, it may happen that personal data reaches providers in countries outside the European Economic Area, which, from the point of view of the European Union (“EU”), for the processing of personal data do not guarantee an “adequate level of protection” complying with EU standards. Please take these circumstances into account before clicking on the link, which will trigger the transfer of your data.

We also use tools that may have servers in countries outside the European Economic Area to measure site traffic and to target advertising. It may happen that personal data reaches providers in countries outside the European Economic Area, which, from the point of view of the European Union (“EU”), for the processing of personal data do not guarantee an “adequate level of protection” complying with EU standards. Please take these circumstances into account when agreeing to the use of cookies. It is in these files that the unique identifier that is generated for you when you enter our website is stored. When measuring, we can also use a phone number, email and address, which you can tell us through our website, for example, when sending an inquiry form. However, we only use this data to generate unique identifiers and we do not share their original form with anyone. The one-way encryption algorithm SHA256 is used for this. It is therefore not possible to calculate and read your email, number or address back from these identifiers.

8) Evaluation of user data; using analytical tools

We would like to tailor the contents of our website to your interests and thereby improve our offer and services for you. In order to recognize user preferences and particularly popular areas of the website, we use, like most other similar websites, the following analytical tool: Google Analytics.

When using this analytical tool, data may be transferred to servers located in the USA and processed there. In doing so, please note the following: In the US, there is no “adequate level of protection” for the processing of personal data from the point of view of European Union law. The transfer takes place mainly on the basis of standard contractual clauses (SSD), according to the conditions of the provider of the analytical tool.

Google will only use this data for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website and creating reports on website activity. Google may also provide this data to third parties if this is required by law or if the data is processed by third parties for Google. Google will not associate the IP address of your computer with any other data available to it. Detailed information about Google Analytics and data protection is available at https:///www.google.com/intl/cs/policies/privacy/.

If you do not want us to collect and evaluate information about your visit to our website using the above analytical tools, you can refuse this at any time in the future (“Opt-Out”).

Your refusal is implemented by setting an opt-out cookie in your browser. This cookie is used exclusively to identify your objection. Please note that, for technical reasons, the opt-out cookie is only functional in the browser in which it was set. If you delete cookies or use a different browser or other terminal device, you must opt-out again.

You can prevent the transfer of your data and its collection and processing by Google. Google informs about this at the following link: Google Analytics opt-out

User-oriented information (targeting and retargeting)

In order to better adapt our online marketing (e.g. banner advertising) on the websites of our retargeting partners to your needs and interests, we use so-called retargeting technologies. At the same time, your interest in our products and services is stored in cookie files. These cookies are loaded and used when you visit other websites that work with our retargeting partners so that you can be informed as best as possible according to your interests. This is done anonymously, i.e. it is not possible to identify you through retargeting.

If you do not want us and our retargeting partners to collect, store and analyze information about your visit and adjust banner advertising according to your interests, you can opt-out at any time.

For the technical implementation of this objection, an opt-out cookie will be stored in your browser. This cookie is used exclusively to identify your objection. Please note that for technical reasons the opt-out cookie can only be used for the browser from which it was set. If you delete cookies or use a different browser or other terminal device, you must opt-out again.

You can manage and disable the use of cookies by third parties – service providers at the following website: youronlinechoices.com
